Additional horses can be added to the same booking for $50 per horse.
Payment is required in full prior to the event start date to secure and confirm your booking. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
If you scratch from the event before or during the event, a refund will be provided.
A refund will also be provided if your horse is missed during the booked coverage period, or if an inadequate amount of content can be captured due to circumstances within the control of Imperrix Media.
Coverage is dependent on the event schedule, weather and site conditions, access, and other circumstances on the day. While every effort will be made to capture a comprehensive selection of content, specific moments, competitors or footage cannot be guaranteed.
